- The item must be returned in its original packaging

3. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned.

- Piercing studs
- Piercing bars
- Industrial bars
- Other body piercing accessories
Because these items are intended for intimate body use, we cannot verify whether the product has been worn or used after delivery. For health and safety reasons, these products cannot be resold.
Therefore, body piercing jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
